1ļøā£ Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation if:
- The order is not yet shipped
- Cancellation request is made within 6 hours of placing the order
Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2ļøā£ Cancellation After Dispatch
Once dispatched:
- The order cannot be cancelled
- You may request a return after receiving the product (as per Return Policy)
3ļøā£ Cancellation for COD Orders
- COD orders may require verification.
- If the customer is unreachable or declines verification, the order may be cancelled.
- Frequent cancellations by the same customer may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
4ļøā£ Order Cancellation by Brand
We may cancel an order due to:
- Payment issues
- Incorrect customer details
- Unavailability of product
- Technical errors
- Fraudulent activity detected
In such cases:
- Customers will be notified via SMS/email
- Refund will be processed (if prepaid)
5ļøā£ Refund After Cancellation
- Prepaid refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5ā7 working days.
- COD cancellations do not involve refunds.
6ļøā£ No-Cancellation Items
- Personalized, stitched, or made-to-order garments
- Sale/discounted items
- Items labeled āNo Cancellationā at checkout
7ļøā£ Modification of Orders
Changes to size, address, or product:
- Can be requested only before dispatch
- After shipping, modifications are not possible
